Shipping Timeframes

Our delivery process consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically reviewed, approved, and carefully packed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

2. Delivery Time (New Zealand)

Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Carrier: Orders within New Zealand are typically delivered through trusted national and regional courier partners such as NZ Post, CourierPost, or equivalent logistics providers.


Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays
  • Shipping times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, New Year, or due to unexpected courier delays
  • Rural delivery areas may experience longer shipping times
  • AROHA WELLINGTON is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing (if applicable), weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

Free Premium Shipping is available on all orders within New Zealand.

This includes:

  • Order tracking
  • Shipping insurance for loss, theft, or damage during transit

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from AROHA WELLINGTON containing your tracking number.

You can track your order anytime via the Track Your Order page on our website.

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Tracking Issues

If your tracking number does not immediately display information, this is usually due to courier processing times.

Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details where applicable.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, AROHA WELLINGTON reserves the right to contact you for clarification, which may delay your order.

AROHA WELLINGTON is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately at info@aroha-wellington.com.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and, where eligible, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution under our shipping insurance policy.
